Shannon Parsons is a new stylist here at the Grapevine Hair Salon. She was born and raised in the Milwaukie area. She is a wife and a mother. Hair has been her passion for 10 years and she specializes in color and cutting. Paul Mitchell The Color is her color line of coice.
