​Hi, my name is Kelsey, and I’m a Portland native. Ever since I was a little girl, I loved playing with all things beauty. I made my dreams come true, and graduated the full cosmetology program at Phagans School of Hair Design in June of 2025. I specialize in highlights and vivid colors, and I’m available in the salon Tuesdays and Saturdays. I would love the opportunity to have you in my chair!
